Life settlement^* is a relatively easy process for the consumer.

All you need to do is fill out the application, and we'll take over from there.

Talk with Golden Gateway. We'll answer your questions, and if a life settlement is right for you, we'll send you an application to complete.
Complete the application and send it back to us.
Upon receipt of your application, we'll get started processing right away. We'll collect the medical records from your doctors, and will send them on to the medical underwriters for review. We'll also work with your insurance company to get a current illustration of your policy.
Upon receipt of the medical underwriting report, we'll send the application packet out to all of our eligible funders.
The funders will compete to buy your policy. Once the auction process has ended, we'll present you with the bids.
You'll sign a contract, and as soon as the policy ownership changes are made, your life settlement proceeds will fund out of escrow.
